The Highlands of St. Michael Home Owner's Association (HOA)
The Highlands of St. Michael Homeowners Association is operated by the residents of the neighborhood. A Board of Directors, made up of volunteers, manages the association.
Association fees are due on July 1st of each year.

Association Members are able to view annual meeting minutes and financials in the association's private Facebook group.
